Who we are

This policy describes how Instant-Page AI (“we”) handles information when you use our website and APIs. The operator may appear as AGETUS on marketing materials.

What we process

• Video & text you submit — URLs, uploaded files, optional titles/descriptions, used to generate landing content via Google Gemini (or similar) on our servers.
• Generated landing data — JSON and assets needed to render your preview and published page.
• Payment data — handled by Lemon Squeezy (or another processor); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Technical data — IP address, basic logs, and security signals as typical for web hosting (e.g. Vercel).
• Browser storage — your device may store draft publish data and preferences in localStorage for the publish/checkout flow.

Why we process it

To provide generation, preview, publishing, payment verification, and abuse prevention; to improve reliability; and to meet legal obligations where applicable.

Processors & hosting

We use third-party infrastructure that may process data on our behalf, including but not limited to: Vercel (hosting), Google (Gemini), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Vercel Blob and/or Upstash Redis (published content storage). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their respective services.

Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to operate the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Published pages persist until removed or the storage backend expires content according to its configuration.

Your choices

You may clear site data in your browser. For deletion of published content or account-related requests, email agetusofficial@gmail.com or see our Terms of Service. Response times depend on verification and technical feasibility.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in multiple countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 16 (or the age required in your region). Do not use it if you are below that age.

Updates

We may update this policy and will change the “Last updated” date above.
