Instant-Page AI (“we”, “the service”) is an AI-assisted tool that generates landing-style web pages from video URLs or files you provide. Published pages are hosted on infrastructure we operate unless otherwise stated.
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your session and for keeping any credentials secure.
You retain rights to content you submit. You confirm you have the rights to use and process that content (including video, titles, and descriptions). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
Paid features are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Lemon Squeezy). Pricing, taxes, and refunds follow the checkout terms shown at purchase and the provider’s policies. We may change pricing with reasonable notice where required.
Generated text and layouts are automated and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it commercially.
No scraping or abuse of our APIs, no attempts to bypass limits or payments, no malware, and no use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred (100) USD if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
We may update these terms. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
